  11. What╒s on your comping CD?
  12.  Stockbyte¬ CDs are cross platform (Macintosh & Windows). This disc includes over 5000  low-resolution images at 72 dpi which have been security marked, but are usable for dummies and presentations. Also included is five high resolution sample Stockbyte¬ images. The terms of our licence (see licencing folder) applies to all images on the disc.

  16. The way desktop publishing applications deal with the high-resolution JPEG files varies, so we recommend copying the images you need to your hard disk and converting them to TIFF using an image editing application such as Adobe Photoshop¬.

  18. The images have been colour corrected for high-resolution output to imagesetters and other printing devices.  All images have been optimised for printing on four-colour sheet-fed printing presses on art paper or board with industry-standard dot gain, using positive film.
